By completing Crush Live agency registration or using the Crush Live app, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all Crush Live agents, hosts and users across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
As a Crush Live agent, you are responsible for recruiting hosts ethically and providing accurate information about Crush Live agency. Commission payouts are subject to host activity verification and Crush Live platform policies.
Hosts on Crush Live must comply with content guidelines, streaming rules and task requirements. Gift earnings and rewards are calculated according to the official Crush Live agency host policy. Violations may result in deduction or account suspension.
Crush Live agency processes commission and host earnings weekly. All payouts are subject to platform verification. Agent commission of up to 20% is calculated on verified host gift income as per Crush Live agency registration terms.
Crush Live agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Crush Live agent or host account that violates platform policies. Appeals may be submitted via WhatsApp to the Crush Live admin team.
Crush Live agency processes all payouts in compliance with local tax regulations across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Hosts and Crush Live agents are responsible for reporting their earnings and paying applicable income tax. A 5% withholding tax may be deducted from commission payouts in certain jurisdictions as required by local authorities. Monthly earnings statements are provided to assist with tax filings.
