Note: BD Total Monthly Income Requirement = All commissionable income under BD (Including all agents and hosts which bring by this BD)
Follow these steps every month to collect your BD bonus and salary on time.
BD's monthly income is only count for natural month, from Jan to Dec.
Every 1st day of the month, inquire your admin about your last month BD income and apply your bonus or salary.
Admin will check your last month BD income and review the details.
After confirming your monthly income requirement, your BD bonus or salary will be sent in two payments.
The first payment will be the 1st day of the month, 50% of your total payment.
The second payment will be the 15th of the month, 50% of your total payment.
The payments will be sent to your Crush Live account by Gems.
If your income is less than last month and get BD level decreased, your bonus or salary will be decreased too.
Real examples showing how BD bonus and salary calculation works
Business Development (BD)
Income: $5,000 in total monthly income in March
She will receive a one-time bonus of $100 on April 1st and $100 on April 15th, totaling $200.
Business Development (BD)
Income: $20,000 in total monthly income in March
Belinda will receive a one-time bonus of $250 on April 1st and $250 on April 15th, totaling $500. If Belinda maintains her $20,000 performance in April, a monthly contract will be signed with her on May 1st, and she will begin receiving a monthly salary of $200. As long as she maintains this performance, the $200 salary will continue steadily. If she falls below the $20,000 monthly performance target, her salary will be cancelled.
Business Development (BD)
Income: $50,000 total monthly income in March
He received one time bonus $350 each on April 1st and 15th, total $700 USD. He did a great job and achieved $110,000 total monthly income in April. So he received one time bonus $500 on May 1st and 15th, total $1000 USD. If he keeps ≥ $100,000 total monthly income, he can start to have salary as $1,000 monthly with contract in June.

BD is an outsider promoter. These rules must be followed at all times.
BD is an outsider promoter, so steal current hosts and agents in Crush Live is not allowed.
BD and Crush Live have an equal and good cooperative relationship. BD is not allowed to make any remarks that defame Crush Live on any occasion or on social media.
If any violation occurs, Crush Live reserves the right to deduct BD wages, remove BD qualifications and prosecute BD.
